About the role
The UCL CIMEC Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the team’s partnership activities and service delivery through high-quality administrative support. This includes managing records, finances, travel, meetings, events, and project coordination. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across UCL Medical School, the Faculty of Medical Sciences, wider UCL departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations

About you
You will have a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience, with a strong track record of working in high-performing teams within busy environments. You are highly organised and methodical, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience managing meetings, engaging diverse stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems, you are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritise effectively. A collaborative team player, you are adaptable, proactive, and motivated to contribute across a dynamic and evolving environment. Experience in international or higher education settings is desirable.
