Timetabling Unit, Data Operations
The Timetabling team plays a crucial role in the University’s operations and significantly impacts the student experience. The team collaborates with all Schools and Departments.
This is role is onsite based in Ealing, London.
The Role
Operational responsibility for all aspects of timetable production for students and staff within assigned schools and departments.
The Person
The successful candidate will be highly computer literate and have a good understanding of system and/or other relational databases. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team, balancing conflicting requirements and deadlines to achieve results within fixed timescales
The candidate will have experience in timetabling, preferably within a higher education context, and an understanding of how timetabling impacts the student experience.
