About the Role
Applications are invited for the post of Primary Care Facilitator to work within the Clinical Effectiveness Group (CEG) in the Centre for Primary Care and Public Health (CPCPH), Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. This is a fixed-term position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful team focused on improving primary care services through evidence-based approaches.
About You
The post holder will be required to contribute to the primary care development work of the Clinical Effectiveness Group. This work will involve supporting local GP Practices, GP Federations and Networks with on-going programmes, such as the Local Improvement Services and Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF) providing a range of training and education services to GP practices. Although based in Whitechapel, the candidate will be expected to visit GP practices and attend meetings across the northeast London region.
About the School/Department/Institute/Project
This is a highly visible post, and the successful candidate must be confident in communicating with both clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels across primary care.
