About the University of Gloucestershire Apprenticeship Programme
Our Chartered Manager Degree apprenticeship enables learners to gain a full BA (Hons) Degree, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and Chartered Manager status, all while specialising in their chosen area of business management.
Teaching is delivered over three years and modules are delivered in blocks, with an assessment in between each block. This helps learners maintain a work/ life balance.
In the first year, learners gain a solid grounding in all aspects of business and management. In the second and third years, they continue to develop this knowledge and expertise while also exploring more specialist areas, such as human resource management, entrepreneurship & innovation and marketing.
There are no formal examinations as these do not replicate real-world working environments for business professionals.
Upon successful completion of the end point assessment (EPA), learners will be awarded a BA (Hons) Business and Management (Chartered Manager Apprenticeship) from University of Gloucestershire. They will also receive Chartered Manager status from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
