About You  

The ideal candidate for the roofing operative position is a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for hands-on work. You should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and quality in every task. The role involves manual labour and working at heights so a strong sense of safety and adherence to guidelines is crucial. Previous experience or qualifications in roofing or construction is preferred, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is also highly valued.
