Working at the University of Oxford offers several exclusive benefits, including:

  • 38 days of annual leave (including public holidays), with options to buy 10 extra days and earn more with long service.
    • A leading family leave scheme: up to 26 weeks full-pay maternity/adoption leave, and 12 weeks full-pay paternity/partner leave.
    • Flexible and hybrid working options.
