About you

In collaboration with the Senior Education Manager and Assistant Education Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Coordinators. This includes facilitating staff orientation, delivering training, and conducting achievement and development reviews.

You will take initiative in overseeing the delegation of tasks across the team, ensuring responsibilities are aligned with each member’s role and expertise. You will also lead both internal and external communications on behalf of the team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

A comprehensive understanding of the team’s functions is essential.
