Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Electronic Arts (EA)
Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week at either EA Studios, Southam (CV47 2DL) or Alpha Tower, Birmingham (B1 1TT)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience + £6,000 personal/professional development allowance
Contract: Fixed Term (36 months)
Aston University is seeking a talented graduate to join a KTP project with Electronic Arts Limited (EA), a global leader in interactive digital entertainment. This innovative project will develop and apply Data Mining, Machine Learning, Multi-modal Analytics, and Generative AI to automate and optimise developer productivity within game development processes.
The outcome will be a Smart Productivity Optimisation Platform (SPOP) that streamlines EA’s development cycles, increases iteration opportunities, and enhances game quality and feature delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to lead real-world innovation, working alongside leading academics and industry professionals, while gaining commercial experience and access to cutting-edge technologies.
Candidate Profile
You should have a Master’s degree (minimum) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or a related discipline. A PhD is desirable.
