The opportunity
If you are an experienced lecturer looking for your next senior leadership role, then London College of Fashion (LCF) has an exciting opportunity for you. Join us as a Course Leader on our BSc Fashion Management course and influence the next generation of fashion entrepreneurs.
Based in the Fashion Business School at LCF, this course aims to prepare students for a successful career in a complex and competitive global fashion industry, challenging students to think strategically and develop essential entrepreneurial skills.
As Acting Course Leader, you will lead the academic vision and day-to-day management of the course, including all areas of teaching, learning and assessment. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of academic standards, as well as the design, development and delivery of a cutting-edge curriculum.
About you
We are looking for an experienced academic with a higher degree (e.g. MSc, MBA) in a relevant subject area.
You will also need previous teaching and assessment experience in Higher Education or an equivalent context and evidence of research, teaching, knowledge exchange and/or professional practice that contributes to the advancement of fashion management.
You should bring strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills to the role, along with the ability to apply creative and inclusive approaches to teaching, learning and professional practice.
