THE ROLE
Reporting to the Campus Operations Manager, the Timetabling and Timesheets Officer will be based in London and will be responsible for the creation and dissemination of timetabling and timesheets information. The role has two major functions: the Timetabling element of the role will provide support to professional and academic staff and is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality timetables. The Timesheets aspect of the role will also be the first point of contact for processing timesheets and proactively responding to queries across the campus.
This role requires experience of proactively managing tasks and conflicting demands, working to tight deadlines and excellent organisational ability. The post holder will work closely and collaboratively with both academic and professional staff to plan and implement timetable and timesheet information. The Timetabling and Timesheets team will be responsible for the successful provision of high quality, consistent and comprehensive services to the relevant campus and their students.
