Locum Veterinary Nurse Primary Care - Grade 5 (Part-Time) (Maternity Cover)

This post is based at the University Veterinary Practice at the Liverpool Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to join the clinical team in our busy state-of-the-art Practice. You will be part of the nursing team and will be responsible for providing support to all aspects of primary care including Exotics and supporting the out-of-hours emergency service. There is a variety of clinical and administrative duties including nursing care and owner communications. You will be a qualified Veterinary Nurse with relevant experience. The working hours vary between 7:00am – 9:00pm Monday – Friday. You will be required to be on the nursing rota for weekends, Bank holidays and University closed days.

The hours of work will be 28 hours per week, including overtime. Pension, 26 days holiday pro rata, plus additional benefits

The post is to cover a period of maternity leave available from 28th July 2025 up to 24th July 2026.
