Our Residential Lettings team is part of Estates Services and is responsible for managing a wide range of rental properties let to University staff, academics, and the general public. From charming cottages to elegant townhouses, they maintain high standards in service and property care - offering tenants and colleagues alike a professional and reliable experience.
About the Role
As the Residential Lettings Administration Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries to our Residential Lettings Office. You will support the lettings team in delivering a high-quality service to tenants, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring smooth and accurate administration at every stage of the lettings process.
From booking viewings and preparing tenancy agreements to maintaining key records and liaising with maintenance teams, your work will be varied, interesting, and vital to the smooth running of our housing portfolio. You’ll also support communications, events, and wider projects that enhance the service and tenant experience.
This is a varied and rewarding part-time position ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.
