CJBS is seeking an exceptional HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity following a recent internal promotion.
As a strategic partner to the school's leadership and a trusted source of expert HR guidance for staff and faculty, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a responsive, high-impact HR service across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of People, CJBS, you'll also deputise in their absence, contributing to high-level decisions and driving initiatives that support both the current and future ambitions of the school.
