Doctoral Training Centre Operations Manager

This role is full time and a fixed term contract until 30th September 2028

The Department of Meteorology at the University of Reading is looking to appoint a highly organised professional with administrative experience to carry out the operational management of its Doctoral Training Centres.

The suitable candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent and have the following requirements:

• Experience of working in a busy office environment within an administrative role
• Experience of project administration support
• Ability to use initiative and judgement to resolve problems independently
• Experience of managing complex projects, stakeholders and be able to work independently
