This post is full time, to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months or until the substantive postholder returns

The School of Social and Political Sciences is looking to recruit a Research Assistant to  contribute to the Safety Nets and Changing Realities Project working with Professor Ruth Patrick and colleagues on these landmark studies at the cutting edge of current social policy debates. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.

Candidates should have a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of social policy and of participatory research methods.
