The School of Social and Political Sciences is looking to recruit a Research Assistant to contribute to the Changing Realities Project working with Professor Ruth Patrick and colleagues on this landmark study into the relationship between devolution and social security within the UK. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
Candidates should have a specialist theoretical and practical knowledge of social policy, with specific knowledge on poverty and social security systems.
