This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Admissions Team within the world class Imperial College School of Medicine.

What you would be doing:
You will support the Admissions Manager and the Director of Admissions, and work with the rest of the Admissions team, to deliver all aspects of the selection process at department level for the undergraduate MBBS Medicine programme. You will have strong communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate extensive administration experience.
Alongside the team, you will provide administrator support for setting the thresholds for Medicine admissions selection via the medicine admission test.
You will support to the running of the Multiple Mini Interviews (asynchronous/online/face-to-face) and the shortlisting process and the delivery of the Medicine Open Day, as well as other marketing and recruitment events.
You will provide an excellent, customer focused service to respond to enquiries of varying complexity from tutors, academic staff, applicants and current students.

This is a full-time, open-ended role at Level 3a, based at the Charing Cross Campus but with potential travel to other campuses to suit business needs.
