Lancaster University Management School is seeking to recruit a full time Student Programmes Officer, which is a pivotal role in the support of our education services in the faculty. You will be based primarily in the Department of Marketing and will lead and manage a team of student-facing professional services staff. You’ll collaborate with academic departments, student and education services, and external partners to create an outstanding learning experience. The team is part of a wider Education Services Team, led by the Faculty’s Education Services Manager.
You will be based in the Department of Marketing but may be expected to work within other academic departments of the faculty as required. This is a maternity cover and will be until the end of June 2026 in the first instance.
