We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Administrator to join the Business Services team within the Campus Commerce function.

Campus Commerce is responsible for a diverse portfolio including hospitality, conferencing, events, retail, sports, and accommodation. Your role will be to support operational teams by providing administrative support related to quality, compliance, audits, health & safety, policies, and procedures. You’ll play a vital part in helping us deliver excellent services while maintaining strong internal governance and quality related processes.

You will play a key role in managing customer feedback and complaints by working with operational teams to find root causes and put in place suitable corrective actions. This includes supporting the ISO 9001 quality management certification for our hospitality operations at Henley Greenlands.

The role is based at the University of Reading Whiteknights campus, with possible hybrid working arrangements up to 2 days a week. Occasional travel will also be required to the Henley Business

School Greenlands campus in Henley-on-Thames.

You will have:

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Good attention to detail with an organised methodical approach
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team member and individually
  • Experience of handling customer feedback and complaints
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicator
