Fourth Monkey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Admissions & Outreach Coordinator.
This is a pivotal role within our organisation, supporting students from their first point of contact through to enrolment and beyond. You will manage application processes (both direct and via UCAS), coordinate onboarding and induction, maintain close working relationships with our validating partner Falmouth University, and provide valuable admissions reporting to senior management.
You’ll also work closely with our Access & Participation team, playing a key role in ensuring that our outreach and progression pathways are effective, inclusive, and impactful. From managing relationships with our Further Education and industry partners to scheduling and coordinating our participation programmes and ambassador team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and organised administrator, with proven experience in a similar academic services or Higher Education environment. An interest in the performing arts or creative industries is welcomed, as is a commitment to diversity, access and widening participation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the year-round admissions process, ensuring accurate and timely application processing.
- Provide informed, compassionate guidance to prospective students throughout the application journey.
- Liaise effectively with UCAS and Falmouth University to ensure consistency and clarity in all admissions-related matters.
- Plan and deliver student onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into Higher Education.
- Monitor application trends and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure sensitive applicant data is handled in line with data privacy and GDPR standards.
- Record and manage audition feedback and other admissions data efficiently.
- Support Access & Participation delivery by programming outreach activity, booking travel/ accommodation, and liaising with ambassadors and stakeholders.
- Participate in key recruitment events including open days, audition days, and industry outreach activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in an academic services role, ideally in Higher Education, is preferable.
- Educated to degree level or holding a relevant professional qualification.
- Demonstrable experience using CRM and VLE systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and integrated software.
- Proven ability to manage administrative reporting, contracting and budgets.
