An exciting opportunity is available at the University of Glasgow for a talented Academic Policy Manager to join Academic Policy & Governance (APG) within Academic Services.
This role will provide professional support for the modernisation, development and maintenance of University-wide academic policy covering the University’s degree regulations and key aspects of the academic quality framework, together with academic support for students and casework for Academic Appeals, In this way you will be supporting the administration and management of the functional area of Academic Standards & Quality within APG.
In joining APG, you will become part of a professional support network dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the University's high quality of learning and teaching provision. Our team is collaborative and proactive, committed to supporting the University's strategic objectives through policy development, quality assurance & enhancement, and effective governance.
This role will be based at the University of Glasgow's main campus, and will involve engagement across the institution. Through collaboration with College colleagues, you will lead in the development and adoption of policies relating to University quality assurance systems and processes, ensuring alignment with sector standards.
