This is a fixed term appointment for 1 year to cover a maternity leave
The LSE’s Department of Management is seeking a highly committed and motivated Programme Administrator to provide high quality and comprehensive administrative support to staff and students. This role will involve you working closely with staff, students, and faculty, in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will include acting as a focal point of contact for students and applicant enquiries, supporting the orientation processes, and planning and organising a range of student activities and committees. You will assist in the co-ordination of MSc examinations and assessment processes, help to edit online learning resources and provide pastoral support to students.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join a busy and friendly team.
You should possess relevant administrative experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative as well as within a team and sound IT skills. Previous relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment is essential.
