Student Recruitment sits within the Student Recruitment and Admissions team, who are responsible for attracting and recruiting the best students across the world to UCL’s undergraduate and post-graduate programmes.
About the role
Are you passionate about connecting with people and building global relationships? We’re looking for an effedtive and enthusiastic individual to help implement UCL’s student recruitment strategy across the USA, supporting prospective students at all levels of study.
As part of our collaborative and proactive team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across UCL, contributing to a seamless and productive approach to international recruitment.
Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging recruitment activities, while building and nurturing strong relationships with key advisers and partners in the region. You’ll also play a part in developing innovative initiatives and seeking out new opportunities to strengthen UCL’s presence overseas.

This is a fixed term post covering maternity leave and is funded from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026.
About you
Knowledge and experience of higher education in the UK, experience of work in marketing and student recruitment and analytical and research skills are all essential.
Communication and interpersonal skills are also important, along with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
This is a varied role and you will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and be prepared to play an active part in the busy Student Recruitment team.
