Catering and Hospitality Assistant (Kitchen Porter and Stores) (2 x full-time roles available, one of which is term-time only)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join the back-of-house team within UEA’s Catering Services and play a key role in supporting our kitchens and stores operations to deliver high-quality food services across campus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and organising deliveries
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Supporting food preparation as required
  • Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our catering service

About You

We are looking for team players with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to support colleagues across different areas of the service.

Essential qualities include:

  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to assist wherever needed
  • Availability to work any five days out of seven
