Richmond American University London is now seeking to appoint a new IT Support Analyst. The IT Support Analyst will:
The preferred candidate will have a relevant IT-based qualification, undergraduate degree, or equivalent working experience. They should possess good IT and technical skills, and a willingness to develop their skillset further. They should also have excellent communication and organisational skills, plus experience providing effective customer-centric services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role will also provide the post holder the opportunity to gain a relevant professional qualification, following a period of in-house and externally provided training.
