About the role
You will be joining a desktop support team in IT Services comprising of nine people, primarily based on campus, and provide an excellent experience for both staff and students.
You will work closely with the Help Desk and a number of service specific areas within IT Services to rollout, maintain, resolve issues and support users in the use of a very wide ranging and set of ICT services.
You will contribute to the Incident Management and Service Request fulfilment processes and first stage Problem Management process.
About you
The post holder is expected to have a good understanding across a broad range of ICT disciplines and will actively contribute to the day-to-day delivery and support of a broad range of ICT Services directly to specific schools, divisions or projects, with suitable related work experience
