We are one of the UK’s leading providers of conferences, meetings and events, operating world-class and unique venues across multiple locations. With dedicated lecture theatres, seminar rooms and classrooms, our facilities cater to a wide range of clients — from corporate and academic to training organisations and executive education providers.
We are currently seeking a Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to play a vital role in the development and coordination of our conference and event activities across all sites. This is a diverse and dynamic role, combining venue management, business development, customer service and system administration.
Key responsibilities:
You will be proactive and driven with strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset. You will have proven experience in sales and negotiation, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality service to a range of clients. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
