We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer (Teaching Focused) to support Phase 2 (Years 3–5) of our MBChB programme, with a particular emphasis on Year 4. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape clinical education and mentor Clinical Teaching Fellows (CTFs) in a supportive, multi-professional environment.

Applicants should be passionate about undergraduate medical education and cross-disciplinary collaboration. You do not need to have clinical experience but should be able to teach topics relevant to clinical years. Experience or training in medical education is required.
We encourage applications from individuals who value inclusive education and have a strong commitment to student success. The successful candidate will also be supported to pursue a PG Cert, Diploma, or Master’s in Higher Education at Aston University. There are also opportunities for involvement in collaborative research or evaluation projects.
