This KTP project aims to drive growth and improve profitability at Eye-Docs by increasing NHS and private patient numbers, delivering more services through lower-cost staff, and improving patient pathways.
The recruited candidate will lead business growth by introducing new patient pathways, creating a shared-care model with NHS hospitals and optical practices, and expanding the referral network. This shared-care model allows NHS patients access to Eye-Docs’ top surgeons while enabling optical practices to increase revenue by providing post-surgical assessments.
