- Establish and support a diverse PE&I Committee to ensure public needs and interests shape all aspects of Fleming Centre work
- Train and empower researchers and policymakers to deliver meaningful PE&I activities, creating resources built on best practice
- Connect the Fleming team with local communities to contribute to plans for the Fleming Centre's public exhibition & events space
- Develop evaluation processes to capture and share the impact of PE&I, contributing to the evidence base around public involvement and AMR
What we are looking for
- You have extensive experience in public engagement and involvement, preferably within research, policy or healthcare settings

- You're highly organised and collaborative, able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of research methodologies and AMR is desirable but not essential
