Trinity Hall seeks to appoint an outstanding individual to work within the thriving Conference & Events team. The post of Conference and Events Administrator will play an important role within the team, assisting in the smooth day-to-day running of commercial and internal events and contributing to the delivery of team goals as set by the Conference and Events Manager.
The College is an established venue for commercial activity; external business includes residential conferences, formal dining, Summer Schools, weddings, day meetings and many other types of events. We are a professional and dedicated team who strive to deliver the highest level of customer service to support our clients in achieving their objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, be proactive and solution focused. They will enjoy providing excellent service to the team and clients.
This is an ideal position for someone looking to work within a busy and friendly office. Working hours will primarily be from 9:00 to 17:00 (some flexibility may be possible).
