About the role
This is an exciting time to join the Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service at Imperial College! We have been investing heavily in our Service to better support our students through university life. We have grown from a small team to a diverse and multifaceted group of over thirty-five professionals striving to deliver the best experience possible for our students.
We are now recruiting for three new posts within the Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service, to provide a Single Point of Access referral pathway to support students in easily accessing mental health and counselling services at Imperial. You will work as part of a small integrated team triaging referrals in a timely manner, including assessing risk, suitability for the service, and signposting and referring as appropriate. You will also carry a client case load providing assessment and intervention within the Counselling, Mental Health Advice or Mental Health Intervention teams as appropriate.

Due to the nature of the role the majority of annual leave will need to be taken outside of term-time.
You may be required to work one evening a week to support late opening at the service.
