The Campus Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations across multiple campuses, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality technical support and service. This role involves supervising on-site IT staff, managing assets, and maintaining a secure and efficient Microsoft environment using tools like Intune and Endpoint Manager. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with service desk ticketing systems, including managing SLAs and prioritising incidents effectively. They will also coordinate and execute campus-wide IT initiatives, support end users across education and admin departments, and ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards. 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular audits of IT assets and ensuring accurate inventory tracking
  • Providing hands-on support and escalation handling for complex issues
  • Ensuring consistent documentation of processes and knowledge base updates
  • Collaborating with central IT and vendors for escalations and project rollouts
  • Leading and mentoring junior IT staff for performance and growth
