You will assist in the day to day running the School's Stores, by provision of an effective and efficient service for physical goods received in the School. Be responsible internal purchase order and associated tasks, receipt, and the processing of any in-bound goods. Make delivered items ready for re direction within the school and take responsibility for all Stores functions in the absence of the Stores Manager.
You’ll have practical knowledge and experience working in a stores environment or relevant technical/administrative role to provide support and act as primary contact for all staff and students to deal with enquiries relating to deliveries. Practical knowledge may have been gained through some or all of the following: work experience, Formal qualification(s) equivalent to Level 2 or 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework e.g. Level 2 GCSEs, AS or A Level, intermediate or advanced apprenticeship, or Level 3 award, certificate, diploma, NVQ.
You’ll have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team and with minimum supervision. You are expected to have excellent technical based administrative skills, be enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated.
