About the Role
This 12-month fixed-term role will providing high-quality IT support for our Data Safe Haven, the planned Trusted Research Environment and its users.
This role will involve close liaison with clinical research groups, research labs and administrative staff within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry to ensure delivery of quality customer focused support and services that underpins the line changing research that they are working on.
The post will initially be based at our Charterhouse Square within the BCI campus.

You will be an IT professional with extensive experience in supporting scientific researchers in a principally Windows infrastructure.
About the Department
IT Services is the department of the University that is responsible for the provision of all IT-related services. The department develops new IT solutions in collaboration with colleagues from across the University, whilst also ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of existing solutions.
