Join the School of Pharmacy at the University of Reading as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant.
The School of Pharmacy is looking for a Research Assistant to support a qualitative research project focused on inclusive and culturally competent education in pharmacy. You will conduct interviews and focus groups, perform thematic analysis, conduct Delphi meetings, and ensure data is managed ethically and securely. You’ll also contribute to research outputs and support project coordination.
You will be a proactive and organised individual with experience in qualitative research, strong communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office and thematic coding tools. You will enjoy working independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to engage in culturally sensitive, interdisciplinary work.
