About the role:
Are you a motivated and well organised individual, looking to develop your administrative skills at a world leading University? If so, an exciting opportunity has emerged in our Department of Mechanical Engineering team as an Undergraduate Administrative Assistant. Working alongside three other Undergraduate Administrators and the Teaching Operations Manager, you will support a wide range of activities within the Undergraduate Office, with a particular focus on admissions, examinations, student projects, and coursework processes for Mechanical Engineering students.
We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively as part of a team, and make independent decisions when needed. Flexibility is essential, especially around key teaching and assessment periods such as induction week and exam seasons, when annual leave restrictions apply.
