We are the University of Cumbria, for and from Cumbria and our localities, rooted in serving our communities, with people, place and partnership at our heart.
Now is a very exciting time to be joining us because we are delivering a new "Towards 2030" strategic plan focused on making the most of our three most valuable assets; People, Place and Partnerships, to become a catalyst for economic well-being for our region, nationally and internationally.
We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner, focussing on Projects & Policies to lead strategic people initiatives aligned with our People and Culture strategy and our wider “Towards 2030” vision.
This role is instrumental in delivering impactful HR projects, policy development, and organisational change across our campuses, contributing directly to our mission of fostering progressive and engaged communities. You will support transformational programmes, drive employee engagement, talent development, and cultural change.
To support key business projects, we are offering both permanent and fixed-term opportunities. Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you’ll help shape a high-performing, values-driven environment that reflects our commitment to People, Place and Partnerships.
