The People Change Implementation Administrator will form an integral part of a new People Change and Organisation Design team and will provide an exciting and challenging role for someone who wants to join a fast moving, progressive organisation.
The role will be based at the University of Warwick central campus. There will be a requirement and expectation to attend the office 4-5 days per week during your initial introduction and training period. Flexible hybrid home working options will be available following your successful progress.
About You
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support to stakeholders, providing excellent customer service within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
No previous HR experience is required as training will be provided, but administrative and organisation skills are essential.
