The role
As an Institute Manager Do you want to manage a major cross-disciplinary research programme, working with world-class academics and industry and civic partners to grow and manage an ambitious portfolio of research and impact activities which are looking to address some of the most pressing challenges facing society?
At Bristol Digital Futures Institute (Bristol Digital Futures Institute | Bristol Digital Futures Institute | University of Bristol), we’re shaping a digital future that works for all. Our mission is to transform the way we create new digital technology for inclusive, prosperous and sustainable societies.
You will provide operational leadership and management for BDFI, working closely with the co-Directors, academic colleagues and partners across many organisations, and leading a professional services team who will support business development, communications and research administration.
This role is part of the Faculty of Science & Engineering’s Research Support Network which connects you with around 50 research professional staff in similar roles and provides support and a team environment.
Please note that, due to operational needs, we are ideally seeking someone who can commit to a full-time position and be on-site four days per week.
