About the role
Imperial College London is seeking an exceptional language teaching professional to join the Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication (CLCC) as Field Leader for Languages. As a key member of CLCC’s Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of language education at Imperial. This leadership position offers the chance to drive academic innovation and contribute to Imperial’s Learning and Teaching Strategy within a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
What you would be doing
As Field Leader for Languages, you will have overall responsibility for the academic and operational management of our institution-wide language provision. You will lead a team of highly skilled Language Coordinators and teaching fellows, ensuring a high-quality student learning experience that is evidence-based, inclusive and digitally enriched.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week). Hybrid working will be considered in line with the Imperial Work Location Framework. The postholder will be expected on campus for in-person teaching, and no less than three full days per week.
