About the role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior administrator to join the Student Office within the Department of Bioengineering at Imperial. This role offers the chance to support students throughout their academic journey in a dynamic environment.
What you would be doing:
As a key member of the team, you will proactively manage the administration of assessments, ensuring that processes run smoothly, and deadlines are met. Working closely with colleagues across the department, you will help provide students with accurate, up-to-date information to support their studies.
What we are looking for:
This role is well-suited to a detail-oriented and well-organised individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills being essential. You will have the ability to work collaboratively within the team but with initiative to work independently and unsupervised on certain tasks. If you have previous experience organising exams and project days, this is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time, permanent post and available immediately. While this position offers a hybrid working option (minimum of 3 days onsite working), the successful candidate must be prepared to work onsite full-time throughout the year when required, ensuring that critical operations are effectively managed.
