About You
A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices. You should have a proven track record with the ITIL framework and designing and implementing service architectures. Your analytical skills are exceptional, allowing you to translate complex business requirements into efficient and scalable IT services.
We are looking for a strategic thinker, who has a keen eye for detail. You should be capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration is key in this role, so you should be adept at working within cross-functional teams and fostering positive relationships.
You should have a proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a desire to drive continuous improvement.

As part of IDG, I&O is responsible for ensuring the delivery of reliable, performant, and efficient technology and services to underpin the University’s. This includes the development and maintenance of IT systems, networks and hardware ensuring they are performant to agreed SLAs and delivering high availability.
I&O also develops and implements IT infrastructure and operations strategies for the University, aligning them with objectives and industry best practices. Overseeing the University’s IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations, while managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to meet agreed-upon agreements.
