We are currently piloting a four-day working week which allows our colleagues to work 32 hours over 4 days per week with no reduction in pay. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Lecturer on our Nursing Programmes, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of nurses. You’ll design and deliver engaging educational activities across a range of subjects, supporting students as they prepare for a rewarding career in nursing. Working closely with the Programme Manager, you’ll also contribute to the development and promotion of teaching, research, and external engagement initiatives related to the programme.
To succeed in this role, you must be a registered Paediatric Nurse with the NMC and have proven experience teaching in either a higher education or clinical setting. You’ll be passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and committed to supporting student success. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously—especially with four student intakes per year.
