About you
We are seeking a highly organised administrator, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and written communications. The successful candidate will have proven experience in administrative work, ideally within a higher education or similarly complex environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage professionally and sensitively with students and staff. The role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, using initiative and sound judgement. A flexible and proactive approach to work is important, as is a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles is essential, along with a clear commitment to inclusivity and to supporting a diverse student and staff community.
