The Role
The University of Roehampton is recruiting for a Business Operations Assistant to work within the Academic Services Operations Team. It would be an advantage if candidates have previous experience of Higher Education administration.
You will contribute to supporting the provision of an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support for schools and faculties by supporting the mitigating circumstances, attendance and academic services planning processes. You are also expected to facilitate the creation of contracts for visiting lecturers.
You will be expected to develop strong communication and organisational skills. You will work with sensitive information and will need to show great attention to detail. Due to the nature of the job you will be expected to manage your time and workload.
You will be expected to develop an understanding of the student-related academic cycle in higher education and related administrative processes, have positive liaison skills and a service-oriented approach.
