The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Programme Administrator to join our friendly and service-focused team. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact. This role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University/Service Sector administration.
Key responsibilities will include: administration relating to the student academic experience including induction, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and retention activities; providing excellent customer service to students and other internal and external stakeholders; ensuring academic programmes are administered in line with the Academic Regulations and that all relevant activities are completed in line with University processes and within required deadlines.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are excited about contributing to the growth and change happening within the University. To succeed in this role, you should have a "can do" approach with a service mindset. Proficiency in the use of MS Office and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders. Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are also vital attributes, as you will be expected to manage conflicting requirements and prioritise your work effectively.
