At this exciting time when we are investing in our strategic portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager in the Strategy Delivery Department working across two related large transformation programmes to help deliver the University's ambitious strategy.
The Role:
You will work in partnership with the University’s Executive leaders, programme managers, sponsors and the Associate Director of the Strategy Office to lead the change engagement strategy of these two transformational programmes. This will include leading, managing and delivering a co-ordinated change and engagement strategy and plan. You will provide valuable advice on designing and delivering engagement initiatives to stakeholders and the wider University community to clearly identify their needs and expectations to enable successful change. You will be responsible for the realisation of clearly defined benefits, and you will need to understand and overcome resistance, blockers and challenges using best practice change management methodology.
About you:
You will be an experienced Change Manager and proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities to ensure that work is delivered on time to a high standard. You’ll be a team player but also able to work independently using your initiative.
You will have a skill level (including experience and other qualifications) equivalent to the achievement of a professional change management qualification or postgraduate degree. You’ll be professional, clear-thinking and act as a role model within the Strategy Delivery Team.
