Post Summary: The purpose of this post is to teach practical clinical skills and theory in mental health nursing to students and registered nurses in the Trinity Simulation Suite on the St James’s Campus, online, in classroom settings, and in designated clinical practice areas. The Clinical Tutor will primarily contribute to undergraduate teaching while also supporting postgraduate education through supervision and mentoring as directed by the Head of School. This role plays a vital part in fostering student development and advancing the School’s commitment to excellence in mental health nursing education and research.
Garda vetting will be sought in respect of individuals who come under consideration for this post.

Hours of post: 39 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Nurse Tutor (General) scale (€72,339 - €81,177 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
