This is an exciting role within the Humanities IT Team based in the new state-of-the-art Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities. The Humanities IT Team provides a wide range of IT services to academic and administrative staff in support of cutting-edge research and world class teaching in the Humanities Division at the University of Oxford.
As our IT & AV Assistant, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of a customer focussed, professional IT and AV support service. You will work as a member of our divisional IT team providing first-line IT and AV support by e-mail, MS Teams, telephone or in person, remotely or onsite.
The successful candidate will become a member of the friendly Humanities IT team in which you will learn from, and collaborate with other team members. You will also benefit from the opportunity to undertake industry-recognised training and pursue your own continual professional development.
